Instructions
Now that we have all the ingredients, let's start cooking our Taco Bell beef burrito recipe.1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat. While cooking, break the beef into smaller pieces until it's fully cooked and no longer pink.
2. Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet, mix well with the cooked beef and let simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Take a large baking dish and spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom of the dish.
4. Microwave the flour tortillas for about 20 seconds to make them easier to roll. Put a scoop of the cooked beef on each tortilla, followed by a scoop of cooked white rice and a small handful of cheddar cheese.
5. Fold the bottom part of the tortilla up, then fold both sides in and roll the burrito tightly. Place the burritos seam side down in the baking dish on top of the refried beans.
6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the burritos and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. While waiting for the burritos to bake, prepare the toppings by mixing the diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro together in a small bowl.
8. Once the burritos are done baking, take them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
9. Serve the burritos with a dollop of sour cream, guacamole, and the tomato-onion-cilantro mixture on top of each burrito.
