  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Rub the chicken with the spice mixture, making sure it's coated on all sides.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until browned.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
