Carlos O Kellys Chipotle Chicken Burrito Recipe

Ingredients:
For the chicken:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the burrito:
- Large tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- Sour cream
- Cilantro
- Tomatoes
- Black beans
- Cilantro lime rice
Instructions:
1. To make the chicken, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, adobo sauce, tomato paste, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
