2. Cook the mixture, stirring often, for 8-10 minutes until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.

3. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and beef mixture until all burritos are assembled.

8. Bake the burritos for 10-12 minutes until the tortillas are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
